SANTA CLARA, CA — We're excited to welcome Georges Massing as a Strategic Advisor - Operations & Strategy to Athos Silicon.
Georges brings rare, hands-on leadership experience taking Level 3 automated driving from advanced development into certified, real-world deployment, including Mercedes-Benz milestones like the first Level 3 system approval in Germany and subsequent U.S. certifications in Nevada and California.
Beyond the certification milestones, Georges has helped shape how a global OEM operationalizes automated driving at scale, linking strategy, product, and execution. Across his career, he has led cross-functional programs spanning E/E integration, the digital vehicle/software platform, human-machine interaction, and mechatronics, translating complex systems into production-ready capability. Prior to Mercedes-Benz, Georges held senior leadership roles at BMW and Magna, bringing a rare end-to-end view from vehicle architecture through customer experience.
At Athos, we're building safety-critical AI compute for the physical world, where reliability, determinism, and certifiability matter as much as raw performance.
