Q1 2026 Quarterly Update

Building Momentum in 2026 with Ecosystem Partners, Industry Events, and Product Progress

Q1 2026 was an active quarter for Athos Silicon, marked by key industry events, continued investor engagement, and growth in our advisory team. Across the quarter, we presented our mSoC™ Chiptile™ architecture, a tiled compute approach designed to scale performance and fault isolation through modular replication rather than growing system complexity. We also continued active fundraising discussions with venture investors and welcomed two senior advisors whose experience further strengthens our team.

Athos Introduces mSoC Chiptile to Enable a Scalable Product Roadmap

At Chiplet Summit 2026, Athos introduced mSoC Chiptile, enabling a tiled compute architecture engineered to deliver the deterministic performance and fault isolation required for physical AI systems operating close to people, infrastructure, and in the air.

Chiptile is a foundational chiplet designed to be replicated in-package, forming a compute and safety fabric that supports scalable products across robotics, automotive, and aerospace applications. With Chiptile, scaling comes from replication rather than reintegration, expanding capability without multiplying the cost, integration burden, and validation complexity associated with fully disaggregated chiplet systems.

A Strong Quarter of Ecosystem Events

Q1 included several important industry events where Athos engaged with ecosystem partners, venture investors, press, analysts, and industry leaders.

In February, Athos participated in the Chiplet Summit 2026 in Santa Clara, California. Athos Chief Architect Francois Piednoel joined the panel “What Developers Must Know about Automotive Chiplets” and CEO Charnjiv Bangar spoke in Silicon Catalyst's session “Chiplets for Entrepreneurs - Making Money in the Chiplet Game.” At this event, Athos introduced its enhanced product strategy built around Chiptile.

In March, Francois spoke at the US Automotive Computing Conference in Detroit, where he delivered the technical session 'Making Chiplets Competitive with Monolithic Chips in Safety Market.' Additionally, Charnjiv spoke at Synopsys' annual Converge Conference for their partners and customers, offering an inside look at Silicon Catalyst's acceleration approach.

Expanding the Athos Advisory Team

Athos is pleased to welcome Georges Massing and Curren Kulkarni to its advisory team.

Georges Massing

Georges Massing

Georges brings rare hands-on leadership experience in taking Level 3 automated driving from advanced development into certified, real-world deployment. His experience includes Mercedes-Benz milestones such as the first Level 3 system approval in Germany, followed by U.S. certifications in Nevada and California.

Curren Kulkarni

Curren Kulkarni

Curren brings more than a decade of experience as an executive, advisor, and investor across AI software, autonomous mobility, and infrastructure. He previously led finance at Apex.AI, helping scale safety-critical autonomous vehicle software globally.

Looking Ahead to Q2 2026

Q2 includes several upcoming milestones and events. On May 12, Francois will speak at the IEEE VTS forum on standardizing the firmware layer for next-generation architectures. Athos will also participate in the Silicon Catalyst Spring 2026 Portfolio Company Update at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View. If you plan to attend either event, we would be glad to connect.
